Troubleshoot sign-in, magic links, OAuth, and MFA from one place without leaving the secure Veehax Learn auth experience.
Password and magic links
Make sure you're using the same email you used to register. Magic links expire quickly, so open the newest one and ignore older emails.
Google and GitHub
Use the same provider you originally connected to your learner profile. If a provider opens the wrong account, sign out there first, then try again.
MFA and verification
If your authenticator code is not accepted, confirm the device time is set automatically. If SMS recovery is available on your account, you can use that fallback from the MFA screen.
