Acceptance and scope

Link

When these terms apply and what parts of the platform they cover.

By accessing or using Veehax Learn, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions. If the user does not agree, the user must stop using the platform.

These terms apply to public browsing, account creation, free learning access, exam registration, secure exam sessions, certificate verification, AI-assisted features, and all other interactions delivered through learn.veehax.com.

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

Accounts and authentication

Link

How users access the platform and what they are responsible for protecting.

Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining an account.

Veehax Learn may support multiple authentication paths, including email and password, passwordless magic links, supported OAuth providers, MFA, and verified phone-based checks.

  • Users must keep credentials, devices, and verification methods secure.
  • Users must not share accounts or allow unauthorized third parties to use an account.
  • Veehax may require verified email, MFA, phone verification, or other identity checks before allowing sensitive actions or privileged access.
  • Administrative access may be subject to stricter controls than ordinary learner access.

Free learning and paid exam model

Link

How Veehax Learn separates open learning access from revenue-generating assessment services.

Veehax Learn is designed around a mixed access model: learning content may be offered free of charge, while paid exam registration is used for secure certification attempts and the supporting exam operations that accompany them.

Veehax may change course structure, learning-path composition, module availability, feature rollout timing, and certification offerings at any time, subject to any non-waivable legal obligations.

Exam eligibility, prerequisites, and attempts

Link

Rules around course completion, attempt limits, scheduling, and learner readiness.

Exam registration may require the learner to satisfy prerequisites such as completing the relevant course, meeting eligibility rules, and staying within any attempt limits or cooldown rules configured for the exam.

  • Veehax may block registration when prerequisites are not met.
  • A paid registration does not guarantee that a learner will pass or receive a certificate.
  • Attempt counts, cooldown windows, and eligibility checks may be enforced automatically by the platform.
  • Users are responsible for making sure they can satisfy device, identity, and environmental requirements before buying a registration.

Exam environment and proctoring

Link

Rules for secure sessions, required permissions, and disqualification triggers.

Secure certification exams may require a compatible browser environment, stable connectivity, camera and microphone permissions, fullscreen operation, and compliance with all on-screen exam rules.

Integrity controls

Veehax may warn, terminate, invalidate, or refuse an exam attempt when the learner breaches session rules, switches tabs excessively, exits fullscreen repeatedly, fails environment checks, presents identity or proctoring concerns, or otherwise undermines exam integrity.

  • Users must follow all instructions provided in the exam panel before and during the exam.
  • Users must not use unauthorized aids, impersonate another person, or interfere with proctoring or session controls.
  • Veehax may log operational and proctoring event metadata to investigate irregularities.
  • Exam outcomes, certificates, or future eligibility may be affected by integrity violations.

Pricing, payments, coupons, and refunds

Link

Commercial rules that govern hosted checkout and related disputes.

Exam pricing, discounts, and coupon availability may change without prior notice unless Veehax explicitly guarantees a specific offer period.

The current platform processes hosted checkout through Dialog Genie Business. Veehax does not state that it stores or processes raw card details directly inside Veehax Learn.

Refunds, duplicate-charge claims, and exceptional payment disputes are handled under the Refund Policy. Taxes, bank charges, currency conversion costs, and provider fees outside Veehax control may affect the final amount shown or received.

Certificates and verification

Link

When certificates may be issued and the rules that preserve their trustworthiness.

Veehax may issue a certificate only after the learner satisfies the relevant pass criteria and all operational and integrity checks required for that certification.

  • Certificate authenticity may be supported by stored hashes, certificate records, IPFS references, blockchain anchors, or related verification controls.
  • Veehax may revoke, void, or annotate a certificate when fraud, error, identity concerns, payment reversal, or integrity violations affect the underlying result.
  • Public verification data may remain available so third parties can confirm whether a certificate is valid, revoked, or pending anchor information.

Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

Link

Behavior Veehax does not allow on the platform.

  • Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
  • Attempting to bypass access controls, eligibility checks, rate limits, or exam security mechanisms.
  • Copying, scraping, redistributing, reverse engineering, or commercially exploiting platform content or protected materials without authorization.

Link

When Veehax may restrict access and how liability is limited.

Veehax may suspend or terminate access to all or part of Veehax Learn when needed to protect the platform, investigate misconduct, enforce these terms, comply with law, or respond to fraud, non-payment, or integrity concerns.
