Veehax Learn provides most educational content without charge and uses paid registration only for secure certification examinations. This Refund Policy applies to those paid examination registrations and related payment disputes.

Exam fees help fund identity checks, hosted payment processing, attempt registration, high-security session controls, proctoring workflows, scoring operations, and certificate issuance or verification infrastructure when a learner passes.

Default position

Exam registration fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds are usually limited to duplicate charges, confirmed platform or payment failures, legal obligations, or rare cases approved by Veehax before an exam registration is used.

Exam registration fee
The amount charged to reserve or activate a paid certification examination on Veehax Learn, including any applicable coupon-adjusted amount shown at checkout.
Unused registration
A paid registration for which no exam session has been started, consumed, or otherwise used.
Used registration
A registration that has been activated, used to start an exam session, submitted, terminated, or otherwise consumed.
Platform or provider fault
A confirmed failure in Veehax Learn or its payment workflow that prevents a valid registration from being created or restored after payment.

This policy is written for Veehax Learn only. It does not govern work delivered through other Veehax products or custom services unless Veehax expressly states otherwise in writing.

Non-refundable situations

  • An exam session has already started, even if the learner later closes the browser, loses focus, or leaves the exam environment.
  • The learner fails a readiness check, device check, permission check, or proctoring rule after purchase.
  • The learner changes their mind after buying a registration.
  • A coupon, campaign price, or exchange-rate difference created a result the learner did not expect.
  • The learner did not read the course, exam, device, or policy requirements before checkout.
  • The payment is under fraud, chargeback, abuse, identity, or sanctions review.

Where mandatory consumer protections apply, Veehax will not use this list to override non-waivable legal rights.

How to request a refund

The channel, evidence, and review information Veehax needs to investigate a claim quickly.

  1. Send the request to hello@veehax.com using the subject line Refund Request and include the learner name, exam title, and payment date.
  2. Attach supporting evidence such as provider receipts, checkout references, screenshots, error messages, and any relevant correspondence.
  3. Explain whether the registration was unused, whether the issue is a duplicate charge, or whether a platform error prevented access.
  4. If the request concerns a reschedule, cancellation, or exam-operations incident, include the affected session details and the timing of the event.

Veehax may ask for additional records before a decision is made. Incomplete or misleading information can delay or prevent approval.

Failed or incomplete payments do not create a right to a refund because Veehax only refunds amounts it actually received and can verify.

Reschedules, failed payments, and chargebacks

If Veehax cancels an exam event or materially changes the schedule, Veehax may offer a reschedule, replacement registration, account credit, or refund depending on the operational circumstances.

If a payment fails before a valid registration is created, the learner should not attempt overlapping chargebacks and support claims at the same time. Veehax may ask the learner to wait for provider confirmation before any discretionary action is taken.

Where a payer starts a chargeback or bank dispute, Veehax may suspend discretionary refund review until the provider or bank process is complete.

Effect of a refund

What happens to registration status, attempts, and certificates after an approved refund.

  • The affected payment and registration may be marked as refunded in Veehax Learn operational systems.
  • Any unused exam access connected to the refunded payment may be removed or deactivated.
  • A free-learning account remains subject to the Terms & Conditions even if a paid exam registration is refunded.
  • If a certificate was issued due to error, fraud, or a refunded registration that should not have remained active, Veehax may withhold or revoke that certificate in line with the Terms & Conditions.

Refunding a payment does not automatically restore an attempt count, cooldown window, or eligibility status unless Veehax expressly confirms that remediation as part of the decision.
